The Gymstick Premium Parallettes are designed for calisthenics training and various bodyweight exercises. The high-quality finished wooden handles ensure a secure and comfortable grip during training. The non-slip rubber pads on the feet keep the parallettes firmly in place while protecting the floor. The sturdy steel construction ensures good stability even during more demanding exercises.
The product is available in three different sizes. The package contains one pair of parallettes in your chosen size (S, M, or L).

Which size should you choose?
Different sizes are suitable for slightly different exercises and uses:
Size S is especially suitable for lower exercises, such as push-ups, L-sit movements, and balance training. Due to its compact size, it is easy to take along and use even in smaller spaces.
Size M is a versatile option for general bodyweight training. It offers slightly more height and space for the hands, which facilitates exercises such as push-ups, handstand training, and various support movements.
Size L provides the most height and range of motion, making it well-suited for more demanding calisthenics movements, such as dips, handstand training, and other movements that require more space for the body to move.
If you are looking for the most versatile option for home workouts, size M or L is a good choice for most people.
