SporttipollariShop Oy (Business ID: 3488602-2) wants to guarantee a clear and reliable shopping experience. Below you will find more detailed information about placing an order, delivery options, payment methods and warranty.


General information about ordering

Shopping at SporttipollariShop does not require separate registration. Select the products in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout to pay. At checkout, you can also choose a delivery method that suits you, which affects the delivery fee. Delivery costs are added to the product price and are determined by the selected delivery method.


Payment methods

SporttipollariShop uses Paytrail's secure payment service, which offers the following payment methods:

  • Online banking payments : Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, Oma Savings Bank, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Bank.
  • Card payments : Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Mobile payments : Apple Pay, MobilePay and Siirto.
  • Invoice and installment payment methods : OP Account Credit, OP Invoice and Walley.
  • International payments : PayPal as well as credit cards and Apple Pay.

Shipping costs

SporttipollariShop offers free shipping on all orders over 100 euros. Orders under 100 euros will be charged a flat shipping fee of 8.90 euros.

The total amount of the order is automatically calculated at checkout, and shipping costs are clearly displayed before confirming the order.


Delivery time

For products in stock, the delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you separately about a longer delivery time.


Right of return and exchange

All products have a 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are free only if the product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered. Please contact our customer service for more detailed instructions on returns.


Warranty

How long is the warranty period?

All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Defects caused by negligence, impact, misuse, incorrect voltage or installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • Virus removal, software recovery, or disk reinstallation on computer or similar products.

The warranty expires:

  • If the proof of purchase or product identification number has been modified, altered or tampered with.
  • If the product has been repaired without the manufacturer's permission.

In what cases is the product not refunded 100%?

  • If the product is returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
  • If the product shows signs of abuse or wear.

When will the money be returned?

Once the products have been received and their condition has been verified, your payments will be refunded. The refund process may take several weeks.

What to do if the product is damaged during transport?

If the product shows signs of damage upon receipt, please note the following instructions:

  • Report any transport damage to the driver immediately and note the damage on the receipt.
  • Report the damage to customer service within 5 calendar days.
