Sporttipollarishop Oy's customer register, marketing register, and online service user register.

10. Warranty and After-Sales

How long is the warranty period?
All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Returned products missing parts or accessories.

When will the money be refunded?
Money will be refunded once the products have been received and inspected. Refunds are usually processed within 30 days.

In what case is a product not eligible for a refund?

  • If the product has been misused or damaged during transport.
  • If the return does not include all original parts.
