10. Warranty and after-sales service

How long is the warranty period?
All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Defects caused by negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Returned products that are missing parts or accessories.

When will the money be returned?
Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected. Refunds are usually made within 30 days.

In which case is the product not eligible for a refund?

  • If the product has been misused or damaged in transit.
  • If the return does not include all original parts.
