The Gymstick GRW Fusion is a modern and stylish wooden rowing machine that combines the authentic feel of water resistance with versatile magnetic resistance in a single device. The water resistance works like in a real rowing boat: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. The water creates a soft, even, and flowing feel without jerky or mechanical responses. The magnetic resistance adds 32 adjustable resistance levels, allowing workouts to be made lighter or significantly more challenging – suitable for beginners to active home trainers.

The Gymstick GRW Fusion is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing the rowing machine to be connected directly to training applications such as Kinomap and Zwift. With these apps, you get virtual routes, guided workouts, and additional motivation and trackability for your training.
The device also supports wireless heart rate measurement with a Bluetooth heart rate belt (heart rate belt not included in the package).

The rowing machine's LED display clearly shows all essential training data: time, speed, distance, calories, stroke rate (SPM), time / 500m, heart rate, and number of strokes.
Operation is made easy with a rotary adjustment knob, allowing effortless navigation between different display modes.
