The computer-controlled 16-stage magnetic resistance and sturdy frame, together with the 7-kilogram flywheel, offers smooth training moments.
The shock-free elliptical trajectory of the crosstrainer gives a soft training feeling and creates an effective trajectory similar to walking and running, which effectively activates the muscle groups of the upper and lower body. Exercise effectively increases the condition of the respiratory and circulatory system as well as muscle endurance in all the main muscle groups of the body.
