The Gymstick GX3.0 Crosstrainer offers an effective and versatile home workout experience. Its compact yet sturdy construction is suitable for various users, and its rear-wheel drive resistance supports smooth and joint-friendly training.
The computer-controlled magnetic resistance provides 16 different resistance levels, allowing you to adjust the intensity of your workout to suit your needs. The 5 kg flywheel ensures a smooth and comfortable range of motion, while the 33 cm stride length enables natural and effective movement.
The backlit LCD display shows key workout data in real-time, such as time, distance, speed, RPM, heart rate, and calorie consumption. You can choose from 10 preset workout programs, a manual mode, watt and heart rate programs, and user-defined settings, allowing you to customize your workout according to your goals.
Thanks to Bluetooth (FTMS) compatibility, you can connect the GX3.0 to popular training apps like Kinomap and Zwift, adding interactivity and motivation to your workout. The mobile device holder allows you to enjoy entertainment or participate in virtual workouts directly from the crosstrainer.
Safety and comfort have been considered with large, non-slip pedals and handles. Heart rate can be measured either from the fixed handles or with a compatible Bluetooth heart rate belt (not included). Transport wheels make the device easy to move as needed.
